Frank Termini, MPT | Owner

Frank grew up here in the Kansas City area and graduated from St. Pius X in 1997. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Rockhurst University in 2001 and his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2005. He has had the opportunity to work in other types of clinical settings besides his own to include St. Luke’s Plaza Northland in the neurosurgical ICU and the Rusk Rehabilitation Center as part of a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) Team.

Frank opened the doors of CORE Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation in January of 2011 where he performed the duties of physical therapist, as well as ownership/management duties. Frank has a passion for physical therapy and thoroughly enjoys what he does. His former patients frequently will swing by the office just to say hi and let him know how well they’re doing. As owner, Frank continues to take a lot of pride in the work that is done here at CORE Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation, both by himself and all members of his staff.

Heather Davis
Heather DavisDPT | Liberty
Heather grew up in Belleville, IL and became interested in physical therapy after injuring her back in high school from playing softball. She later went on to play softball at St. Louis University where she received her Masters in Physical Therapy in 2006. She then relocated to Houston where she practiced for 10 years in outpatient settings and completed her doctorate degree. She relocated to Kansas City in March 2016 and has joined our team. She is compassionate about getting her patients to their best quality of life. She is a wife, mother to 3 and enjoys fitness and spending time with friends and family.
Katie Andes
Katie AndesMPT, CSMT | Independence
Katie grew up in Poplar Bluff, MO, where she played volleyball and ran track. During both seasons, she incurred injuries that lead her to being a PT patient. After going through physical therapy, she knew this was what she wanted to do with her life. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master of Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University. She has an interest in spinal injuries and rehabilitation and has recently gotten her certification for spinal manual therapy.
Cheyenne Cockrill

Cheyenne received her Associate of Science Degree in 2013 as Physical Therapist Assistant from Linn State Technical College. Cheyenne is from Smithville, Missouri where she met her husband, Nathan, at Smithville High School. She grew up dancing and continues to teach various types of dance including tap, jazz, ballet, and lyrical to younger girls. Cheyenne has treated patients in several different therapy settings including skilled nursing, acute care, and outpatient. She is very excited to be working with the team at CORE in Liberty.
Brian Miller
Brian MillerPTA, LMT | Kansas City
Brian currently lives in Independence, MO. He received his Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Penn Valley Community College and has been working as a PTA since 2008. He worked with the training staff of the Kansas City Comets for 8 years. His specialties include massage therapy, sports massage, aquatics, manual therapy, kinesio taping and orthopedics. Brian’s other passions in life include the outdoors, hunting, fishing, Sporting KC, spending time at the family lake house in the Ozarks and playing Santa during the holidays.
Angela Foster

Angela grew up in the Northland of Kansas City. She received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Penn Valley Community College in 2010. She loves being a part of the CORE PT team in getting patients back to full function and pain-free. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, family and friends, as well as traveling, working out, live music and cheering on her home teams: the Royals and the Chiefs!

Susan has been in the medical field for over 12 years doing front desk and billing. She also has a associated degree in business. In her spare time she loves being with family and her 2 grandchildren and has another one on the way!

Amanda was born and raised in Kansas City, MO. She is currently studying for her Bachelors in Physical Education with minors in Coaching, Fitness and Wellness. In her free time she enjoys working out, being outdoors, and spending time with family.
Jessica Holder

Jessica was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. She has worked as an Administrative Assistant in a physical therapy clinic for 3 years and is working on her Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education. In her free time, she enjoys coaching club volleyball, playing volleyball, and singing in a church choir.
Lexie Shannon

Lexie grew up in the Northland and brings more than 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, and public relations to her role as Marketing Director and Patient Care Representative. She works to share CORE’s story with those who don’t even know us yet – physicians, potential patients, and the community – spreading the word of CORE’s commitment to personalized, accurate, and compassionate physical therapy. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and hanging out outdoors.
Melissa Goebel

Melissa has been a part of the Core Physical Therapy family since 2014. She began as the front office coordinator but has worked her way up into the roles of practice manager as well as the director of billing. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. In her spare time, she enjoys kickboxing and hiking. She also is getting married in the summer of 2017!
Lori Humston

Lori grew up in the Kansas City – Northeast Area and has been doing medical billing for over 16 years. Her and her husband just purchased a home together. She has 2 wonderful children and spends her spare time at the hockey rink cheering for her son!
